Seminar: Performance without Burnout – Managing Stress Healthily

Practical seminar including individual stress analysis for groups up to 12 participants

Psychological strain has become one of the biggest risk factors for companies.

Rising absenteeism, declining performance and increasing overload affect not only the health of the employees, but also have a direct impact on the economic success of companies.

This seminar demonstrates practical ways to strengthen mental health and how stress can be specifically reduced – so that your employees remain capable of performing their duties in the long term.

The seminar addresses, among other things, the following questions in a practical and hands-on manner:

  • What exactly is stress and how does it affect the body and mind?
  • How does stress arise and why do people react to it differently?
  • How can I actively strengthen my mental health and maintain stability long-term?
  • How to manage stress and pressure effectively in everyday working life?
  • How do I recognise the first signs of overload or burnout?
  • How does burnout develop and when does it become a serious problem?
  • What helps with persistent exhaustion and what doesn't?
  • What is the difference between burnout and depression, and why is this important?
  • What factors promote my mental health and which ones increase the risk?
  • What role do my thoughts play in coping with stress and pressure?

Mental health is not just a feel-good topic, but a strategic factor for success: it underpins sustainable performance, high productivity, strong staff retention and an attractive employer brand.

The seminar is based on Gert Kaluza's scientifically founded psychological health promotion programme, which is recognised by the leading associations of statutory health insurance funds in Germany.

Following the seminar, each participant will receive an individual stress analysis with a personal evaluation.

Stress Analysis & Mental Health Check

The Stress Analysis & Mental Health Check is based on scientifically sound procedures. At the core of the programme are the recognised AVEM assessment (Work-Related Behaviour and Experience Patterns) and an analysis of stress-amplifying thought patterns developed by Gert Kaluza.

The AVEM test is scientifically validated and is recommended by the Federal Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (BAuA) in Germany, among others, as an instrument for individual risk assessment and burnout prevention.

The stress analysis is carried out using a written questionnaire lasting approximately 15 minutes.

Following this, I will discuss the individual results in a personal and confidential one-to-one meeting via video call or telephone with each participant.

I address the test results individually and, if necessary, show concrete starting points for improvement.

This seminar goes beyond pure knowledge transfer: the integrated stress analysis provides participants with concrete insights into their mental load and highlights individual starting points for improvement.
