Survey & Analysis: Stress Analysis & Mental Health Check
Early clarity through scientifically based procedures. Identification of resources and risk factors, including a personal assessment interview.

Description
Mental overload often develops gradually over a long period and frequently goes unnoticed in everyday life for too long. This makes it all the more important to recognise and understand your own mental strain at an early stage.
The stress analysis with integrated mental health check creates precisely this transparency and answers the following central questions:
- What personal resources are well developed?
- When do the first signs of mental overload become apparent?
- What individual risk factors can be identified?
- What is the personal risk of facing an overload situation in the medium term?
This creates a solid foundation for taking targeted action and maintaining long-term health and performance.
Scientific background:
The Stress Analysis & Mental Health Check is based on scientifically sound procedures. At the core of the programme are the recognised AVEM assessment (Work-Related Behaviour and Experience Patterns) and an analysis of stress-amplifying thought patterns developed by Gert Kaluza.
The AVEM test is scientifically validated and is recommended by the Federal Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (BAuA) in Germany, among others, as an instrument for individual risk assessment and burnout prevention.
Process
The stress analysis is carried out using a written questionnaire lasting approximately 15 minutes. Subsequently, I will discuss the individual results in a personal and confidential one-to-one meeting via video call or telephone with each participant.
I address the test results individually and, if necessary, show concrete starting points for improvement.
Let's talk
I would be happy to discuss how mental health can be effectively strengthened within your organisation.
