Survey & Workshop: Psychological Risk Assessment
Since 2014, legally mandatory for companies with two or more employees in Germany under Section 5 of the German Occupational Health and Safety Act (ArbSchG)
The aim of a psychological risk assessment is to identify, assess and address mental stressors in the workplace at an early stage in order to protect employees’ health and performance in the long term.
This involves identifying potential stress factors and areas for development within individual company departments through an anonymised written employee survey. Based on the survey results, the findings are presented and discussed collectively, and specific improvement measures are developed in subsequent workshops (max. 12 participants per department).
The assessment is based on established recommendations from the Federal Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (BAuA) and the German Social Accident Insurance for the Railway and Maritime Industries (UVB), ensuring a high-quality and practice-oriented approach.
